Ingredients
Crust:
1 cup all-purpose flour
¼ cup confectioners' sugar (powdered sugar)
½ cup butter or margarine
Filling:
½ cup seedless raspberry jam
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp milk
1 cup (6 oz) vanilla or white chips, melted
Glaze:
¾ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp shortening
Directions
In a bowl, combine the flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly.
Press into an ungreased 9-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15–18 minutes or until lightly browned.
Spread the raspberry jam over the warm crust.
In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and milk until smooth.
Add the melted vanilla chips and beat until smooth.
Spread carefully over the jam layer.
Cool completely.
Chill until set, about 1 hour.
For the glaze, melt the chocolate chips and shortening together.
Spread the glaze over the filling.
Chill for 10 minutes.
Cut into bars.
Chill for another hour.
Store in the refrigerator.
