Ingredients
2 packages raspberry gelatin
2 cups hot water
2 packages frozen raspberries
2 cups applesauce, or 1 (15 oz) jar
Topping:
½–1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 cup sour cream

Directions
Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in the hot water.
Stir in the frozen raspberries and applesauce.
Pour the mixture into a serving dish or mold.
Refrigerate until set.
Combine the miniature marshmallows and sour cream.
Spread the topping over the set gelatin mixture before serving.
