Scalloped Corn–Corn Fluff

The Story Behind It

A favorite of the Brooks family. Ronda Brooks, daughter-in-law of Bud and Delores Brooks, received the recipe from her mother, Mary Barfkneckt.

Ingredients

2 cans creamed corn
1 cup milk
24 soda crackers, finely crushed
4 eggs
4 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper, to taste
¼ lb butter, thinly sliced

Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine the creamed corn, milk, crushed crackers, eggs, sugar, salt and pepper in a 9 × 13-inch baking pan.
Arrange the butter slices over the top of the mixture.
Bake for 1 hour.
