Ingredients
1 package white cake mix (Super Moist)
¾ cup water
⅓ cup vegetable oil
3 egg whites
2 (6 oz) containers original strawberry yogurt, divided
1 (4 oz) container Cool Whip
1–2 drops red food coloring (optional)
Strawberries for garnish (optional)

Directions
Heat oven to 350°F.
Grease and flour a 9 × 13-inch pan.
Beat cake mix, water, oil, egg whites and 1 container of yogurt in a large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds.
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into pan.
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until firm.
Cool completely.
Mix the remaining container of yogurt and 1–2 drops of red food coloring, if desired, into Cool Whip.
Spread over the top of the cake.
Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
Refrigerate the remaining cake.
