Shipping Policy
1. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer worldwide shipping at this time.
2. How long does it take to process my order?
All orders go through a production process, which requires a handling time of 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) before they are shipped.
3. What are the shipping charges and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping within the U.S.
- Transit time: 3 to 4 business days
4. What is the order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4 PM EST (Monday to Friday) will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! We provide tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey until it reaches you.
Refund & Return Policy
6. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of purchase if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
7. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return:
- Contact our return team at support@smalltownconnetchin.com for approval.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely, write the RA number on the package, and send it back.
8. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
9. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days to your original payment method.
10. What items are non-refundable?
- Opened or used products
- Gift items
11. What if my item is damaged or defective?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@smalltownconnetchin.com with details and photos. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
12. Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement.
