1) Where We Ship

United States only at this time (no international shipping yet).

2) Processing Times

Handling time: 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri) to make/prepare your order.
Order cut-off: 4:00 PM Eastern Time (GMT-05:00), Monday–Friday. Orders placed after cut-off begin processing the next business day.

3) Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders ship free via Standard Shipping.
Transit time: typically 3–4 business days once shipped.
Taxes & discounts are calculated at checkout.

4) Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our shop.

5) Delivery Estimates

Timeframes are shown in business days and don’t include weekends or holidays.
Weather, carrier delays, and peak seasons can affect delivery—thanks for your patience!

6) Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If you still need help, email us and we’ll do our best to assist.
Undeliverable/Refused packages returned to us can be reshipped (free standard shipping) after address confirmation.

7) Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email support@smalltownconnetchin.com within 7 days with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
