Thank you for choosing Smalltown Connetchin (“we”, “our”, “us”). We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

1) Return Window & Condition

14-day window from the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in the original packaging.
Please include your order number or the checkout email inside the package.

2) Start a Return

Email us first: support@smalltownconnetchin.com with your order number and reason for return.
Pack securely: use the original packaging when possible and include all accessories.
Ship it back: use a trackable service; share the tracking link in your reply for faster processing.

No return authorization (RA) number is required.

3) Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, or we made an error. We recommend a trackable shipping method.

4) Refunds

Once received and inspected, we’ll email you an approval or denial update.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 15 business days.

5) Non-Refundable Items

Custom products (personalized or made-to-order).
Used or damaged items not due to our error.
Gift cards (if applicable).

6) Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@smalltownconnetchin.com with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue and packaging. We’ll fix it quickly.

7) Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund (if eligible), then place a new order for the replacement.
