Engraving options

Choose Customized for one engraved design, included in the displayed price, or No Etching for a blank clock. Glass engraving has a frosted appearance. The design is reverse engraved to read through the front of the glass. Names, dates, logos and short recognition messages can be arranged within the selected design’s engraving area.

How Personalization Works

1. Choose your product options and quantity. If a personalization option is shown, select Customized. Add the product to your cart.

2. Open the Personalization Studio from your cart.

3. Add text, upload your own file, or choose a saved design from the Design Library. Follow the product listing's personalization and bulk-pack requirements.

4. Review your text, artwork, and layout carefully, save your personalization details, then continue to checkout.

We review your submitted customization details and artwork before production and contact you if clarification is needed. Clear instructions may proceed without a proof. If you need a correction after ordering, reply to your confirmation email immediately. Changes may not be possible once production begins.

For group, business, team, or event orders, contact us before ordering if you need help coordinating multiple personalized items.

Artwork Responsibility

By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline designs that appear to infringe third-party rights.
