How Personalization Works
1. Select Customized and add the product to your cart.
2. Open the Personalization Studio from your cart.
3. Add Text, upload your own file, or choose a Saved Design from the Design Library.
4. Review and approve your personalization in the Personalization Studio, then continue to checkout.
For group, business, team, or event orders, contact us before ordering if you need help coordinating multiple personalized items.
Artwork Responsibility
By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. We may decline designs that appear to infringe third-party rights.
Personalized Returns
Personalized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us so we can make it right.
Natural Material Variation
Natural materials may vary in color, grain, pattern, and texture, making each piece unique. These characteristics are inherent to the material and are not defects. Engraving tone and contrast may also vary slightly from piece to piece.
